Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented CCTV Monitoring Operator to join our in house team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our CCTV Monitoring function and supporting various administrative functions. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills, excellent phone etiquette, and a solid background in office administration. Responsibilities

• Monitoring of CCTV Systems and managing inbound alerts
• To ensure all logs, reports and records are produced accurately and promptly, covering all activities involving CCTV both externally and internally within the Control Room.
• To use the CCTV equipment proactively and to its optimum level to help enforcement agencies to detect and deter crime and anti-social behaviour
• Handle incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy, addressing inquiries or directing them to the appropriate personnel.
• Utilise Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace for document creation, communication, and data management.
• Keeping online CRM and database updated
• Collaborate with team members to support various projects and initiatives.

Requirements

• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Previous experience in a CCTV operators role is an advantage but not essential
• Shift 1 – Monday – Wednesday – 16:00 – 21:00, Friday 16:00 – 21:00, Saturday or Sunday 07:00 – 13:00
• Shift 2 – Monday – Wednesday – 16:00 – 23:00, Friday 16:00 – 23:00, Saturday or Sunday – 15:00 – 23:00
• Shift 3 – Monday – Wednesday – 23:00 – 07:00, Friday 23:00 – 07:00, Saturday or Sunday 23:00 – 07:00

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £19,047.00-£20,317.00 per year
