Customer Service Executive

  • Review customer inquiries for the company's import and export freight and logistics business scopes.
  • Prepare accurate and detailed quotations for customers.
  • Clarify and negotiate proposals with customers to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Review customer orders to ensure consistency with quotations offered.
  • Prepare and process import and export shipping documentation and liaise with relevant stakeholders such as shippers, consignees, various authorities, and shipping and overseas agents to execute freight operations in a proper and efficient manner.
  • Liaise with logistics appointed subcontractors and supervise the delivery of related logistics services to ensure they are delivered properly and efficiently.
  • Take appropriate actions for non-conforming services and provide feedback for continual improvement.
  • Perform necessary corrective and continual improvement actions and programs as directed by management.
