As a Pensions Administration Project Manager, you will step away from day-to-day administration to own and drive critical, high-profile projects from planning straight through to completion.
What you will do
- Lead High-Stakes Projects: Take full ownership of complex data rectification, risk transfer activity, and GMP equalisation implementation.
- Manage Key Stakeholders: Act as the consultative bridge between internal teams, trustees, and insurers to ensure flawless execution.
- Guarantee Compliance: Drive delivery across a diverse portfolio, ensuring all outcomes strictly meet regulatory standards and client expectations.
- Uphold Governance: Apply your strong understanding of governance principles to keep projects secure, accurate, and on schedule.
What we are looking for
- DB Administration Mastery: Extensive experience in UK Defined Benefit pensions administration, with a rock-solid grasp of complex benefit structures and calculations.
- Project & Consultative Track Record: Proven ability to manage projects using a collaborative, client-focused, and consultative approach.
- Technical Advantage: Direct knowledge of risk transfer projects and GMP equalisation is highly desirable.
- Professional Drive: Ideally, you are working toward (or want to pursue) your APMI qualification—though we highly value equivalent, hands‑on market expertise.
