This is a newly created role driven by growth and offers the opportunity to join a new UK Superfund at an important stage of its development.
You’ll take responsibility for managing the transaction process, coordinating the different steps involved as Superfund deals move through the early stages of the transaction lifecycle.
This would suit someone who understands how complex pension transactions come together and can confidently manage the process, stakeholders and moving parts required to progress a deal.
We’re looking for someone with:
- Strong pensions transaction experience, particularly within the buy-in/buy-out market
- Experience gained within an insurer, consultancy/EBC or similar pensions environment
- Exposure to pre-transaction activity and the early stages of a deal
- Origination/deals experience and a good understanding of how opportunities progress into transactions
- The ability to manage complex transaction processes and drive activity forward
- Strong stakeholder and project management skills
You won’t be responsible for originating deals in this role, but previous origination experience is particularly valuable and will bring additional capability to the team.
Experience with IntelliPen/Procentia or a PRINCE2 qualification would be beneficial, but neither is essential. Practical transaction experience and the ability to deliver are much more important.
Hybrid working: 2 days per week in the office
