You will:
- Coordinate complex projects across diverse stakeholders
- Onboard clients while delivering superb client management
- Manage data and operational due diligence
- Oversee shadow administration (e.g. buy-in payroll, member option validation)
- Manage data flows, controls, cleanses, and true-ups
What will I need?
- An understanding of defined benefit pensions, or an eagerness to learn
- Experience reviewing documentation to extracting relevant information
- Comfortable performing and reviewing calculations using proforma spreadsheets
- Desire to undertake professional training
- Financial background or numerically literate
