Are you a qualified GI actuary with extensive experience in loss reserving, looking for your next senior position with a major global insurer? Then look no further as Star Actuarial is currently representing an exceptional opportunity to join our client’s M&A Transaction team where you will be instrumental in assessing actuarial aspects of transaction targets globally while providing actuarial support for post-deal integration.
Having responsibility for the day-to-day management of the reserving review for transactions, you will:
- Deliver high quality assessments of reserve margin, drawing on large, diverse datasets and information.
- Have the ability to predict the financial impact of deals.
- Be comfortable in explaining the broader impacts by reporting to the wider M&A Transaction team alongside management.
