What will I need?

  • 15 years + experience with a Third-Party Pensions Administrator (‘TPA’)
  • The self-confidence and personal gravitas to lead on complex administrative issues
  • Extensive team management experience
  • A deep understanding of DB pensions, administration, and scheme members
  • Experience with insurance regimes (consumer duty etc) highly additive
  • Salient professional qualifications (PMI etc) highly additive
