to join at a
senior level , growing and
highly visible Pensions Data Consulting team , providing
strategic advice to trustees and sponsors
on some of the most
complex data challenges
facing UK pension schemes. Working closely with clients, you will: lead and deliver projects across GMP Equalisation, benefit rectification, data audits, data remediation, buy-in and buy-out readiness, pensions dashboards and wider de-risking initiatives; advise on data quality strategies; oversee complex benefit and data correction exercises; help clients improve member outcomes; prepare schemes for future transactions and regulatory change. To be successful in the role, you will:
possess strong technical DB pensions knowledge combined with a consultative approach; have excellent stakeholder management skills; have the ability to build trusted relationships with trustees, sponsors and advisers; possess proven experience of GMP Equalisation, benefit audits, data remediation, buy-in/buy-out activity or wider pensions data consulting projects.
