Are you a talented Pensions Analyst with experience of the implementation of pension arrangements, including bulk transfers of DB and DC? Are you customer-centric with a passion for delivering high-quality services? Are you excited by the prospect of joining a heritage business and one of the leading providers of UK workplace pensions?

Leading all aspects of data analysis and calculation activity across new business and internal transfer activity, you will support the delivery of the implementation portfolio across the firm. You will also define and implement data audit and analysis protocols which improve quality and effectiveness of transfer activity while taking ownership of the definition, creation and analysis of complex pension calculations, thereby ensuring effective member outcomes on transfer of activity.

In addition, you will oversee the production of system automation, working closely with IT and Administration functions to build, run and review test scenarios during the implementation phase. With strong and wide-reaching, practical knowledge of occupational pension schemes, including administration, the successful candidate will possess experience of managing the definition and build of complex pensions calculations. Experience of co-ordinating and project managing scheme bulk transfers, as well as of carrying out research, would be desirable.
