Are you a Pensions expert with significant experience in occupational pension scheme administration? Do you have strong knowledge of DB and/or DC schemes? Do you have a background in managing or supervising a pensions administration team? Then this exciting role within a major UK organisation has your name written all over it!

Managing the full lifecycle of pension scheme administration (CDC, Superfund and Annual Events), you will oversee benefit calculations, retirements, transfers, deaths and other member events, all the while ensuring accuracy and timeliness of all pension-related transactions.

You will also oversee daily contact centre operations, monitoring and managing service levels, response times and customer satisfaction metrics. In addition, you will draw on your well-honed team leadership and people management skills by mentoring and developing a team of pension administrators as well as acting as the main point of contact for trustees, employers, and advisers.

Client-focused and data-driven, the successful candidate will have a sound understanding of relevant pension legislation and governance requirements coupled with the demonstrable ability to manage budgets and operational performance. Comfortable working to tight deadlines and with competing priorities, you will also combine your calm and pragmatic mindset with your aptitude for problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
