Star Academies in Greater Manchester is seeking a Staff Engagement Lead to steer the wellbeing strategy across the Trust. You will provide professional leadership, advice and targeted support to schools and leaders to embed wellbeing in practice.

You will use workforce data insights to identify risks, inform actions and build capability through networks, training and coaching, strengthening staff experience and retention.
