Manage data required by the school for external and internal use. Maintenance of accurate assessment and reporting data within the school MIS database. Lead on and provide administrative and clerical support for all aspects of business services, specifically within Data, Assessment and Recording. Be responsible for the exemplary maintenance of student records. Support links with the community, families and local environment. Lead on the timely deployment of accurate report cards, in accordance with the school’s reporting policies.

You will have:

  • 5 GCSEs including English and Maths at grade 9-4/A*-C.
  • Experience of managing and developing school MIS software and data systems, such as Bromcom.
  • Experience of producing accurate data for reporting and assessment.
  • The ability to use MS Office software packages such as Word, Excel, Outlook and Microsoft Access, as well as Explorer and databases.
  • Knowledge of statutory data reporting requirements such as school census.
