Star Academies is seeking an exceptional primary school senior leader or MAT leader with the authority to drive the Trust’s EYFS, phonics and KS1 strategy, and to raise curriculum quality, teaching, assessment and pupil outcomes across our primary schools.
You will combine strategic vision with hands-on leadership, coach middle leaders, visit schools for bespoke support, and use data to diagnose priorities and secure measurable improvement in disadvantaged cohorts.
