The Star Central team includes experts from a range of professional backgrounds, who work together to provide an outstanding support service to the Star community. We support our schools to provide educational and operational excellence and to cultivate a strong Star community, with the aim of nurturing today’s young people and inspiring tomorrow’s leaders.

We are seeking a Behaviour Strategy Lead to champion and embed our “Behave Like a STAR” policy across our schools. This is a pivotal role for someone who is not only passionate about behaviour and inclusion but also skilled in influencing change and driving improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support senior leaders in implementing the “Behave Like a STAR” strategy with consistency and impact
  • Deliver high-quality training and coaching to staff at all levels
  • Engage with and support the delivery of Team Teach training
  • Conduct in-depth behaviour reviews in schools and develop tailored action plans
  • Hold colleagues to account for progress and outcomes within the behaviour strategy
  • Work closely with school leadership teams to ensure alignment with whole-school improvement priorities

  • A dynamic and confident professional with a proven track record in behaviour leadership
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire
  • Experience in delivering training and working alongside senior leaders
  • A deep understanding of behaviour management, inclusion, and safeguarding
  • Relevant qualifications and experience to work credibly at a trust level
