We’re looking for a talented individual to provide an exceptional business support service to our pupils, teachers and wider stakeholders. As a key member of our school’s business support team, your expertise will help to deliver an outstanding learning environment for our young people. The successful candidate will be a committed team player with excellent organisational and specialist technical skills, extensive experience of delivering outstanding customer service and the ability to develop relationships across the school and the wider community.
Key responsibilities
- Provide exceptional business support service to pupils, teachers, and stakeholders;
- Deliver outstanding customer service;
- Develop relationships and work with a variety of partners and key stakeholders effectively;
- Support the administrative operations of the school.
You will have:
- 5 GCSE credits including English and Maths at grade 9‑4 / A*-C.
- Experience working in a senior administrative role.
- Experience in minuting meetings and undertaking follow‑up actions.
- The ability to work with a variety of partners and key stakeholders in an effective manner.
- Strong interpersonal and team‑working skills.
