Responsibilities:
- Work in partnership with the Principal, Senior Leadership Team, Local Accountability Board, Trust, staff, students and parents in generating the ethos and values which underpin the school enriched by mutual care and respect extending into the local community.
- Create and maintain an environment and a code of behaviour that promotes and secures good teaching, effective learning and high standards of achievement.
- Develop, use and apply subject expertise to secure appropriate and consistent progress for all students across the range of background and ability.
Qualifications:
- A degree-level qualification and Qualified Teacher Status.
- The ability to teach to GCSE standard.
- Experience of sustained delivery of outstanding attainment and achievement.
- Experience of innovation and creativity to engage, enthuse and progress learners.
