Strategic Direction and Development
- Provide assistance and support in the strategic management and effective organisation of the school's assessment, reporting, recording and tracking systems.
- Manage data required by the school for external and internal use.
- Maintenance of accurate assessment and reporting data within the school MIS database.
- Lead on and provide administrative and clerical support for all aspects of business services, specifically within Data, Assessment and Recording.
- Be responsible for the exemplary maintenance of student records.
- Support links with the community, families and local environment.
- Lead on the timely deployment of accurate report cards, in accordance with the school's reporting policies.
You will have:
- 5 GCSEs including English and Maths at grade 9-4/A*-C.
- Experience of managing and developing school MIS software and data systems, such as Bromcom.
- Experience of producing accurate data for reporting and assessment.
- The ability to use MS Office software packages such as Word, Excel, Outlook and Microsoft Access, as well as Explorer and databases.
- Knowledge of statutory data reporting requirements such as school census.
