About Small Heath Leadership Academy

About the Role

We are looking for a talented individual to provide an exceptional business support service to our pupils, teachers and wider stakeholders. As a key member of the school’s business support team, your expertise will help deliver an outstanding learning environment for our young people.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding customer service to pupils, teachers and stakeholders.
  • Develop relationships across the school and the wider Star community.
  • Support the day‑to‑day business operations of the school.

Qualifications

  • 5 GCSEs including English and Maths at grade 9-4/A*‑C.
  • Experience working in an administrative setting.
  • Experience of data and assessment administration (desirable).
  • Proficiency with MS Office, One Drive, Excel, Outlook, Explorer and database software.
  • Ability to prioritise, work efficiently and accurately under pressure and use your own initiative.
