The predicted salary is between 22000 - 26000 £ per year.

Manage the internal and external communications for the school. Support the management of school events for both internal and external stakeholders. Promote and maintain the school’s foodbank and other charitable giving targets. Provide administrative and clerical support to the resource and business functions of the school and its estate including general day to day tasks and reception cover where appropriate. Be responsible for the exemplary maintenance of pupil records. Support links with the community, families and local environment.

You will have:

  • 5 GCSEs including English and Maths at grade 9-4/A*- C.
  • Experience of working in an administrative setting.
  • The ability to use MS Office software packages such as Word, Excel and Outlook, as well as Explorer and databases.
  • The ability to prioritise, work efficiently and accurately, particularly under pressure, to deadlines and using own initiative.
  • The ability to address sensitive matters with a caring manner and maintaining confidentiality at all times.
