About Starbank: Starbank school in Birmingham is a large all-through school for pupils aged 3 to 16 years old. We have over 2,000 pupils and are based across three sites in close proximity to each other. We joined Star Academies in 2020 and, like all Star schools, we have a leadership specialism.
We’re looking for a talented individual to provide an exceptional business support service to our pupils, teachers and wider stakeholders. As a key member of our school’s business support team, your expertise will help to deliver an outstanding learning environment for our young people. The successful candidate will be a committed team player with excellent organisational and specialist technical skills. You will have extensive experience of delivering outstanding customer service and possess the ability to develop relationships across our school and the Star community.
You will have:
- 5 GCSEs including English and Maths at grade 9-4 / A-C.
- Experience of management within a public/private sector setting.
- Experience in financial, HR, business and/or premises operations.
- Good knowledge of effective ICT administration systems.
- Knowledge of Data Protection legislative requirements and how to effectively manage a professional office in line with these requirements.
