Internal Job Title: Pastoral Leader
Strategic Direction and Development
Ensure and deliver effective pastoral support so that individual students and groups of students are supported to actively participate in learning and reach their full potential.
Support the raising of standards in the school by leading and delivering pastoral support to a year group of students.
Provide support to individual students and their families.
You will have:
5 GCSEs including English and Maths at grade 9-4/A*- C.
Previous experience of working with learners of all ages or dealing with members of the public in a busy setting.
Experience of supporting pupils and parents.
Excellent time management skills.
Excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing.
