Star Academies is seeking a Head of Year to lead the pastoral framework for a year group, driving attendance, behaviour and achievement.

You will support individuals and families to overcome barriers to learning and work with staff to sustain high standards across the cohort.

You will engage with students in assemblies and small group settings, building positive relationships and delivering effective pastoral programmes within our safeguarding-focused ethos.
