Our Telesales Executive Hybrid Opportunity involves managing the company’s relationships with its customers. The role includes building long-term relationships, hitting targets, handling numerous incoming and outgoing calls, maximising sales opportunities, and offering excellent customer service. Responsibilities also include addressing issues as they arise, ensuring adherence to customers' credit limits, and maintaining effective communication with other departments while keeping up to date with current training.
The role operates on a 40-hour per week basis between Monday and Friday, with a hybrid working model after a successful training and induction period. This includes working from home on Mondays and Fridays, and being based onsite at our Letchworth sales offices on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, with 1 in 4 Saturday mornings as part of a rota pattern (working from home).
The basic salary plus performance-related bonuses for this role could be between £25,000 to £35,000, depending upon experience, plus additional benefits.
What you will be doing:
- Handle incoming and make effective outgoing calls
- Generate and increase sales among customer base
- Daily contact with key accounts to build relationships
- Achieve set monthly targets
- Account Management – Develop existing customer base
- Credit Control duties
- Undertake and maintain training as required
- Manage Customers' social media requirements
