Stapleton's (Tyre Services) are recruiting for a fantastic Customer Account Manager to join our friendly team. Imagine dialling in on calls, boosting sales, and managing key accounts—from our Letchworth spot. The position advertised is £30,000 basic salary with OTE up to £35,000 per year. The role is based upon 40 hours per week between Monday and Friday, plus one in four Saturday AM's on a rotational basis. Following a successful training and induction period the role will operate on a hybrid basis to include 3 days per week based onsite at our offices in Letchworth The Day to Day
Work closely with existing and new customers, building relationships, maximising sales opportunities via outbound and inbound telephone calls Work towards personal and team driven sales and departmental targets Optimise account development around new product introductions, seasonal promotions or offers, generating new and repeat sales Who we're looking for
Sales savvy, stellar communication, and well organised. A pro at handling challenging conversations to turn them into opportunities. Motivated, strategic, and on board with a hybrid setup. Bonus if you've danced with CRM tools like Salesforce. The Perks
