Stock Controller - Trade Counter

The Day to Day
This role will be working on a 3-week rota basis. Working on our internal trade counter.
Week 1 Monday-Friday 06:00-14:30
Week 2 Monday - Friday 08:00-16:30
Week 3 Monday-Friday 09:30-18:00
- Providing generalist support to include: Booking goods into stock, stock or returns investigations, customer orders, serving customers.
- Working closely with internal and sometimes external customers to resolve queries in a timely and accurate manner
- Taking part in quarterly stock checks to ensure good stock health and integrity
Who we're looking for
- You will be well organised and with great attention to detail, excellent communication, interpersonal and IT skills
- Ideally experienced with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or Stock/Inventory management systems, or SAP or ERP or similar
- Somebody who thrives within fast paced customer driven warehouse & distribution environments, flexible in their approach
- A background of customer driven warehousing & distribution environments is advantageous
