The Day to Day
You’ll support Tyre Fitters based at dealerships around Birmingham. Inducting new starters, coaching and conducting appraisals, your focus will be on improving skills and motivating your team. You’ll help create workplaces where people can thrive in a safe environment.
Who we're looking for
You might have worked as a supervisor in a previous fast-fit role. But if you’re stepping up to this role, you’ll know how to run a tyre bay inside out and be able to show others how it’s done. Knowledgeable of Health & Safety, correct working procedures and equipment, you’ll be able to establish yourself as the go-to person for queries relating to how we work.
