Reporting to the Brand Marketing Manager, the Brand Marketing Executive is responsible for delivering engaging and effective brand activity across multiple channels, targeting both end consumers (B2C) and our retail tyre customers (B2B). Working within the brand team, this role is accountable for bringing the brand to life through social media, events, partnerships, and content. A critical part of the role is ensuring that brand activity not only builds awareness and demand with consumers but also reinforces confidence among our B2B customers that they are aligned with a strong, visible, and commercially effective brand programme.

This permanent role is based upon 40hrs/week between Monday and Friday, which following a successful training and induction period will operate on a hybrid basis to include 3 days per week based onsite at our central offices in Letchworth. Travel to additional company UK locations or events will also feature as required by the business.

The Day to Day

  • Brand Social Media Management
    • Manage and maintain brand social media channels, creating engaging and consistent content.
    • Develop a comprehensive seasonal content calendar aimed at gaining approval from internal stakeholders, ensuring buy-in from both Marketing and Sales teams.
    • Learn and adhere to brand guidelines at all stages of social media management and content creation.
    • Plan, schedule, and deliver content aligned to brand campaigns and objectives.
    • Develop content that resonates with end consumers while remaining relevant and visible to B2B audiences.
    • Effectively develop and implement social media strategies, including competitions, paid advertising, and community engagement initiatives to grow follower numbers and enhance engagement.
    • Monitor performance, engagement, and trends to continuously optimise output.
  • Brand Event Activations
    • Plan and deliver brand-led events, trade shows, and customer activations.
    • Ensure brand presence is impactful and consistent across both consumer-facing and trade environments.
    • Deliver activations that engage consumers while also demonstrating brand strength to tyre retail customers.
    • Evaluate event effectiveness and support post-event reporting.
  • Brand Partnerships
    • Assist in the development and activation of brand partnerships that enhance brand visibility and credibility.
    • Establish and develop strong relationships within brand partnerships by personalising interactions, reinforcing long-term collaboration and value.
    • Support the activation and ongoing management of high-profile sponsorships, ambassador programmes, and strategic partnerships, ensuring contractual rights and benefits are fully maximised.
    • Coordinate sponsorship assets, content opportunities, hospitality programmes, and promotional campaigns.
    • Track and report on partnership effectiveness.
  • Content Creation
    • Create high-quality, engaging content across multiple channels (social, digital, campaigns, email).
    • Ensure content reflects the brand's tone of voice and positioning.
    • Develop content that supports both consumer engagement and trade confidence.
    • Work with internal stakeholders and agencies to produce creative assets.
    • Immerse yourself in video content and its performance impact, staying up to date with the latest trends, formats, and platform developments.
  • Key Supplier Management
    • Liaise with agencies, content creators, and suppliers to deliver brand activity.
    • Recognise the difference between organic and paid influencer opportunities and manage campaigns from contract stage through to content delivery, ensuring the brand is reflected appropriately.
    • Manage briefs, timelines, and outputs to ensure quality and consistency.
    • Support budget tracking and ensure effective use of external resources.
    • Build collaborative relationships to drive best-in-class delivery.

  • Basic analytical skills and understanding of performance metrics (desirable).
  • Full UK Cat B Drivers Licence (essential).
  • Degree (or equivalent level) in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
