What you will be doing:
- Building strong relationships with customers and becoming their go to contact.
- Winning new business and spotting where the next growth opportunities lie.
- Leading commercial negotiations and pricing discussions.
- Working closely with NPD, operations, procurement, and technical teams.
- Managing forecasts, tracking risks and opportunities, and keeping stakeholders informed.
Preferred experience:
- Strong commercial background within the food industry, ideally across manufacturing and ingredients.
- Confident with numbers, able to understand and challenge a P&L.
- Proven ability to structure deals that deliver for both the customer and the business.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Track record of problem solving to overcome challenges and get deals over the line.
