The Opportunity
A highly successful international principal is seeking an exceptional Lifestyle & Operations Assistant to join their close-knit team.
This is a rare opportunity for an ambitious, proactive and adaptable individual looking to build a long-term career within a private household.
No two days will ever be the same, making this the perfect role for someone who thrives on variety, enjoys travel and is happiest when busy.
This is not a traditional office-based PA position.
Instead, you'll become a trusted right-hand support, helping ensure every aspect of the Principal's lifestyle runs seamlessly.
The Role
- Running personal and business errands throughout London
- Assisting with international and domestic travel arrangements
- Preparing for travel, packing and unpacking luggage
- Supporting the Principal whilst travelling, including on yachts and private trips
- Coordinating reservations, appointments and logistics
- Shopping and sourcing gifts or specialist items
- Liaising with household staff, suppliers and external contacts
- Assisting with events and entertaining
- Helping maintain residences to the highest standard
- Providing hands-on support wherever required
- Acting as a trusted extra pair of hands in an ever-changing environment
About You
- Exceptionally hardworking with a strong work ethic
- Bright, energetic and highly organised
- Proactive and able to think several steps ahead
- Adaptable, flexible and comfortable with changing priorities
- Calm under pressure with excellent problem-solving skills
- Well-presented with outstanding communication skills
- Happy travelling extensively, often at short notice
- Practical and willing to get involved in every aspect of the role, no matter how big or small

Previous experience within a private household is not essential.
