Collaborate with Asset Management to establish and update portfolio asset valuations. Ensure clear understanding and communication of significant changes in valuations or cash flow projections to stakeholders. Apply valuation inputs consistently across the portfolio. Review and assess updates to financial models for valuations, cash flow projections, and covenant compliance. Oversee regular performance tracking and reporting for assets and funds. Support the semi-annual audit of investment valuations, ensuring compliance with relevant mandates. Respond to investor queries and prepare interim/annual reports and presentations. Collaborate with the Origination team to evaluate the impact of investments and divestments on the portfolio. Support internal and external reporting requirements.
