  • Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights to inform decision‑making across finance, operations and leadership.
  • Work closely with FP&A, the CFO, CTO and senior leadership to understand reporting needs and prioritise deliverables.
  • Engage with stakeholders across a large multi‑site estate and central teams to gather requirements and ensure dashboard relevance and usability.
  • Iterate rapidly and deliver outputs at pace across multiple workstreams linked to an ongoing exit process.
  • Partner with external advisors to define and develop dashboards.
  • Ensure data consistency, quality and professional presentation suitable for investor and advisor scrutiny.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Experience working within complex, multi‑site organisations (e.g. retail, hospitality, childcare, healthcare or similar sectors).
  • Strong data storytelling capability, with the ability to bring insights to life through intuitive and impactful dashboards.
