A high-growth, Private Equity–backed manufacturing group is seeking a Finance Business Partner – Integrations to support its ambitious buy-and-build strategy. This is a unique, newly created role offering significant exposure to M&A activity, senior stakeholders, and transformation projects. You will play a critical role in integrating newly acquired businesses into the Group, ensuring finance systems, processes, and reporting are aligned from day one.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead finance integration for newly acquired businesses
  • Assess systems, processes and controls; align to Group standards
  • Manage multiple integration projects end-to-end
  • Partner with local teams and act as key finance contact
  • Support ERP/system migrations and process standardisation
  • Implement cash flow, banking and reporting requirements
  • Drive improvements, automation and integration best practice
About You
  • Qualified accountant (ACCA/CIMA or equivalent)
  • Experience in business partnering or finance management
  • Strong project management and multitasking capability
  • Exposure to systems/ERP or transformation projects beneficial
  • Commercially minded with strong stakeholder skills
  • Hands-on, proactive and thrives in fast-paced environments
