We are supporting a growing UK consumer brand in hiring a hands-on Digital Solutions Lead to help build and integrate their next-generation customer platform. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in small and mid-sized businesses and enjoys working end-to-end across digital, operations and technology.

What you will do:

  • Design and build a customer self-service front end and digital booking/ordering journey.
  • Integrate the new platform with an order management workflow and Dynamics 365 Business Central (CRM/ERP).
  • Connect field sales and installation teams into a unified digital process.
  • Shape simple, scalable solutions across order, inventory and materials flows.
  • Work closely with the leadership team and spend time on-site in Leeds.

We are looking for:

  • Experience in SMEs or mid-market consumer product businesses - organisations with revenues smaller than £80m.
  • Strong skills across digital front-end, customer journeys, and self-service platforms.
  • Solid understanding of order management, inventory, materials or light manufacturing.
  • Strong familiarity with the Microsoft ecosystem.
  • A practical, hands-on problem solver who can work both strategically and in the weeds.
