We are seeking a high-impact Interim Corporate Financial Modelling Consultant to join a private equity-backed, multi-site business during a critical period of growth and change. This role will play a key part in strengthening financial insight, supporting deal readiness, and enhancing data-driven decision-making across the organisation.

The successful candidate will combine strong financial modelling expertise with commercial acumen and a track record of driving finance transformation within fast-paced environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Modelling & Insight: Design, build, and enhance robust financial models to support strategic decision-making, forecasting, scenario planning, and investment analysis. Develop forward-looking models that enable the business to assess growth initiatives, cost optimisation, and investment opportunities.
  • Deal Readiness & Transaction Support: Support deal readiness activities including investor reporting, due diligence preparation, and data room organisation. Provide detailed financial analysis to support potential transactions, refinancing, or fundraising processes.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyse operational and financial performance across multiple sites to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. Deliver actionable insights and recommend initiatives to improve profitability and operational efficiency.
  • Business Partnering: Partner closely with finance and operational stakeholders to gather requirements, structure analyses, and deliver commercially relevant insights. Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on performance and strategic initiatives.
  • Data & Reporting Transformation: Identify and implement opportunities to automate reporting and improve efficiency using modern analytical and automation tools. Support the development of a “single version of truth” across commercial, operational, and financial data. Enhance data accessibility and reporting capability to better support decision-making at all levels.
  • Finance Transformation: Act as a change agent within the Finance function, helping to shift the organisation from data-heavy reporting to insight-led decision support. Contribute to the development of scalable processes and tools aligned with private equity reporting requirements and governance.
