An exciting interim opportunity for a Senior Commercial Project Manager to join a fast-growing, private equity-backed international fund and corporate services provider undergoing significant transformation. Working closely with the Group Commercial Lead, you’ll play a critical role in delivering a high-impact commercial programme focused on revenue growth, go-to-market optimisation, and operational excellence across multiple jurisdictions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple commercial project works
- Team development and manage project plans, governance, RAID logs, and reporting
- Establish and drive project cadence (steering committees, workstreams, checkpoints)
- Support execution of revenue growth strategy and go-to-market initiatives
- Drive pipeline management, forecasting, and Salesforce optimisation
- Support key account management (KAM) and new business acquisition programmes
- Project manage pricing review and commercial governance frameworks
- Deliver enhanced commercial MI, reporting, and automation initiatives
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders across commercial, tech, and operations teams
- Translate strategic priorities into structured, execution-focused delivery
Key Experience
- Proven experience delivering complex commercial or transformation projects
- Experience managing multiple concurrent workstreams
- Strong stakeholder management with exposure to senior/executive audiences
- Commercial background across revenue operations, sales, or business development
- Experience working in fast-paced, PE-backed or transformation environments
- Familiarity with Salesforce or CRM-enabled pipeline management
- Experience in financial services, fund administration, or corporate services (preferred)
- Comfortable working independently with a hands-on, delivery-focused mindset
