Finance Business Partner (Cost-to-serve) being hired for global B2B Services business!
£65,000 - £70,000 + Bonus + Benefits
Reporting directly to the Head of FP&A, you will be the financial voice supporting the Service Delivery and Operations Directors, delivering insightful analysis and partnering at Executive level to optimise performance across areas like branch profitability, service efficiency, and cost-to-serve.
You will contribute to business-critical deliverables such as:
- Weekly performance flashes
- Monthly review packs
- Forecasting and budgeting
- Margin analysis
- Cost optimisation initiatives
Deliver weekly flash financial performance reports for senior stakeholders including the CEO and CFO.
Prepare monthly finance review packs with clear variance analysis and actionable insights.
Support margin performance analysis by branch, product, sector, and service type.
Partner closely with the Service and Operations Directors to identify and deliver value creation opportunities.
Contribute to asset lifecycle optimisation by analysing repair and refurbishment costs.
Support the continued improvement of data outputs and finance processes.
Requirements:
- A qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA).
- Demonstrated experience in FP&A and business partnering.
- Exposure to fast-paced, multi-site industries such as B2B services, FMCG, or Retail is essential.
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
- Exceptional attention to detail, with a proactive and curious approach to identifying risks and opportunities.
- Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills.
- Power BI and Microsoft CRM familiarity is a plus.
