A fast-growing, PE-backed telecoms business is seeking a Senior FP&A Manager to play a key role in driving financial insight, control and smarter decision-making across the organisation. This is a highly visible role combining hands‑on FP&A with senior stakeholder partnering and team leadership, ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, change‑led environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Own budgeting, forecasting and reforecasting processes
- Deliver clear, insight‑led monthly reporting and variance analysis
- Support group budget and forecast consolidation
- Business partner senior stakeholders across support functions
- Provide commercial challenge on investment, resource and cost decisions
- Contribute to exec and Board reporting
- Manage and develop FP&A analysts
- Drive continuous improvement across FP&A processes, tools and systems
- Support finance transformation and system upgrade initiatives
About You
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
- Strong FP&A experience in a fast‑paced or complex environment
- Confident across P&L, balance sheet and cash flow
- Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills
- Comfortable influencing senior stakeholders
- Proactive, adaptable and improvement‑focused
- Experience in PE‑backed or capital‑intensive environments beneficial
