Tax practice .

Our established Accounting & Finance permanent team is looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to focus on our Tax (in-house) offering.

This is an exciting opportunity for an established recruiter who enjoys building long-term relationships, winning new business, and becoming a true market expert.

You'll work with senior tax professionals and hiring leaders across your chosen Tax vertical, partnering with organisations to deliver exceptional recruitment solutions while helping shape the continued growth of our specialist Tax offering.

As a Recruitment Consultant at Stanton House, you'll enjoy a balance of developing existing client relationships while identifying and securing new opportunities across the market.

  • What You'll Be Doing
  • Winning new clients across the Tax market.
  • Building relationships with Heads of Tax, Tax Directors, CFOs, Finance Directors and HR leaders.
  • Leading client meetings to understand hiring strategies and future talent needs.
  • Growing existing accounts through repeat business and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Providing market insight, salary benchmarking and talent intelligence.
  • Building your personal brand through Linked In and thought leadership.
  • Working collaboratively with delivery consultants to provide an outstanding customer experience.

  • A proven track record in permanent recruitment, ideally within Tax.
  • Experience building out your own desk.
  • Strong business development and client relationship skills.
