You’ll work closely with hiring managers and senior stakeholders across Stanton House, helping us continuously improve how we attract, engage and hire great people.
What you’ll be doing
- Proactively sourcing and engaging talent through LinkedIn
- Conducting first-stage interviews and managing candidates throughout the hiring journey
- Coordinating interviews, feedback, offers and new starter processes
- Building and maintaining pipelines of experienced recruiters and future talent
- Developing strong relationships with our rec2rec partners
- Supporting the onboarding of new starters
- Owning and updating our job adverts and helping ensure a consistently exceptional candidate experience
- Working closely with Marketing on our employer brand across LinkedIn, Instagram and Glassdoor
- Supporting Learning & Development and onboarding activity across the business
What we’re looking for
We’re looking for someone who is genuinely passionate about people and excited by the opportunity to take ownership and develop within Talent Acquisition.
The ideal person will be:
- A natural relationship builder who enjoys working collaboratively
- Highly organised, detail-oriented and comfortable juggling multiple priorities
- Proactive, adaptable and able to work at pace
- Curious, with a real willingness to learn and develop
- Emotionally intelligent and empathetic, with the ability to balance individual and business needs
- Trustworthy and comfortable handling confidential information
- Driven to find and engage the very best talent for our growing business
- Aligned with our values – Integrity, Energy and Ambition
What you'll get in return
- 29 days + bank holidays + your birthday off
- Flexible environment: hybrid working, flexi hours and 'Work From Anywhere'
- Training programme tailored to your career goals and a clear progression plan with consistent access to training within your specialism
- Private health cover and pension scheme with up to 5% match
- Access to the wellbeing platform, Pirkx. This includes discounted gym membership, 24/7 GP and counselling access for you and your household, numerous retail offers with cashback options, discounted training courses, mental health bootcamps and many more!
- Regular socials including our epic Summer and Christmas parties, quarterly high-performers lunches with our company Directors and an annual incentive trip abroad!
