Stanton House is exclusively retained to appoint a commercially minded, resilient, and highly credible Head of FP&A for a complex, high-profile organisation undergoing significant finance transformation. This is a hands‑on leadership role where you will inherit a sizeable team (approximately 30 people), take ownership of reporting and planning outputs, and drive meaningful change across systems, structure, processes, and culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Stabilising and improving reporting quality
- Leading budgeting and forecasting transformation
- Driving better data integrity, analytics, and automation
- Redesigning the FP&A operating model and team structure
- Building credibility with senior stakeholders, including board‑level and external partners
