Stanton House have been exclusively engaged to recruit a Tech & Digital Operating Partner and Advisor to CIO within a large-cap Private Equity Fund.
You will be an ex-BIG4/ex-McKinsey, Bain, BCG (MBB) or A&M ex-PE Consulting Director or Associate Partner level Advisor to CIO who will operate as digital technology partner to Large cap and Mega PE funds. You will work with the Tech operating partners of the PE fund and support IT Value Creation tech digital initaitives for their portfolio companies.
You will work with Chief Information Officers and CTO\'s within Private Equity backed companies to align technology initiatives, including IT M&A, IT Carve Out, digital, IT Systems - ERP/CRM IT driven programmes.
Overview of the role:
- Take lead on pre and post deal Due Diligence to assess technology capabilities and opportunities
- Design Technology value creation and IT integration during M&A activities in the large cap PE market
- Support CIO/CTO\'s and Tech operating partners in the PE by building and retaining high-calibre technology teams to deliver and execute the tech agenda
- Work with large cap PE funds with $800m-2bn size deals, partnering with Tech Operating Partners to drive the Tech agenda pre and post deal
About you:
- Experience in senior technology roles from A&M, AlixPartners, WestMunroe, McKinsey, Accenture, EY, PwC within in their Private Equity practice,
- Track record in leading enterprise IT systems, ERP/CRM, Digital, Data, or Cyber Security, IT Carve Out, IT M&A, Post-merger Integration
- Background operating in the large cap PE market wtih deals from £500m-2bn
- Experience in MBB, Big4, PE Consulting or Advisory / Management Consulting with a focus on technology is mandatory
