The Opportunity

Stanton House is partnering with a leading organisation in the Education sector to appoint an Interim SAGE Intacct Implementation Lead. This is a critical assignment focused on stabilising and recovering an in-flight ERP implementation, ensuring the programme is aligned to best practice and delivered with strong financial controls and governance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct a rapid assessment of the current SAGE Intacct implementation
  • Identify gaps in configuration, controls, and overall delivery approach
  • Drive programme recovery, establishing structure, pace, and governance
  • Strengthen financial controls, including P2P, payments, and supplier processes
  • Ensure robust segregation of duties (SoD) and compliance frameworks
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders and implementation partners
  • Lead delivery through to a controlled go-live and early stabilisation phase
  • Define and implement a roadmap for post-go-live continuous improvement

Essential Experience

  • Proven experience delivering SAGE Intacct ERP implementations
  • Background working within Education, Public Sector, or Not-for-Profit organisations
  • Strong finance background with deep understanding of controls, audit, and P2P processes
  • Extensive project/programme management experience, ideally in complex transformation or recovery environments
  • Ability to operate at both strategic and hands-on levels
