Stanton House, in partnership with a growing pharmaceutical organisation, seeks a Finance Business Partner to support UK commercial and operational decision-making.

You will partner with senior stakeholders to drive performance, lead budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, and help shape financial transformation initiatives.

This role requires ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent, strong stakeholder skills, advanced Excel and Power BI, and experience in FP&A within a regulated industry.
