A high-growth, Private Equity–backed manufacturing group is seeking a Finance Business Partner – Integrations to support its ambitious buy-and-build strategy. This is a unique, newly created role offering significant exposure to M&A activity, senior stakeholders, and transformation projects. You will play a critical role in integrating newly acquired businesses into the Group, ensuring finance systems, processes, and reporting are aligned from day one.
Key Responsibilities- Lead finance integration for newly acquired businesses
- Assess systems, processes and controls; align to Group standards
- Manage multiple integration projects end-to-end
- Partner with local teams and act as key finance contact
- Support ERP/system migrations and process standardisation
- Implement cash flow, banking and reporting requirements
- Drive improvements, automation and integration best practice
- Qualified accountant (ACCA/CIMA or equivalent)
- Experience in business partnering or finance management
- Strong project management and multitasking capability
- Exposure to systems/ERP or transformation projects beneficial
- Commercially minded with strong stakeholder skills
- Hands-on, proactive and thrives in fast-paced environments
