Stanton House are partnering with a global professional services organisation undergoing a significant transformation of its project operations and finance technology landscape.
This organisation is focused on improving project delivery, resource management, reporting, and financial visibility across multiple regions. A new Professional Services Automation (PSA) platform has been designed and is currently progressing through the final stages of build and clarification. The successful candidate will join at a pivotal point in the programme, helping deliver the initial implementation before supporting an international rollout across EMEA, APAC, and LATAM throughout 2027.
An experienced Project Manager is required to lead the final stages of a NetSuite SuiteProjects Pro (SPP) implementation. Working closely with finance, operations, and technology stakeholders, you will oversee delivery through build, UAT, cutover, and go-live, while supporting the subsequent international rollout programme.
Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of a NetSuite SuiteProjects Pro (SPP) implementation through final build, UAT, cutover and go-live.
- Own project planning, governance, risks, dependencies and delivery milestones.
- Coordinate finance, operations, technology and third-party stakeholders throughout the programme lifecycle.
- Drive testing, business readiness and issue resolution to ensure a successful January 2027 go-live.
- Support project accounting, reporting and PSA process requirements across the implementation.
- Help mobilise the subsequent rollout across EMEA, APAC and LATAM throughout 2027.
Requirements
- Proven experience delivering NetSuite SuiteProjects Pro (SPP) implementations.
- Strong Project Management background across complex systems or transformation programmes.
- Experience implementing PSA solutions within a professional services environment.
- Track record of delivering projects through build, UAT, cutover, and go-live.
- Strong understanding of project accounting, resource management, and PSA processes.
- Excellent stakeholder management across finance, operational, and technical teams.
Desirable
- Experience with Workday PSA or similar platforms.
- Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
- Experience supporting international system rollouts.
