Senior FP&A Manager (Interim Contractor) | London | Hybrid

I'm currently partnering with a leading UK organisation to appoint an experienced Senior FP&A Manager on an interim basis during a period of significant financial transformation and regulatory change.

This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded FP&A professional who can quickly add value, lead key planning and reporting activities, and support the delivery of major finance transformation initiatives.

Key responsibilities include

  • Leading the delivery of monthly management reporting, forecasting and budgeting cycles.
  • Supporting the transition to a new regulatory budgeting framework and evolving financial governance requirements.
  • Driving improvements across FP&A processes, reporting and financial controls.
  • Partnering with senior finance leaders and business stakeholders to provide high-quality commercial insight.
  • Supporting cost efficiency reporting, cashflow forecasting and Executive/Board reporting.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve reporting through automation and technology, including Power BI and Power Platform.

We're looking to speak with candidates who have

  • ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualification.
  • Strong FP&A experience within complex, regulated or large-scale organisations.
  • A proven track record of delivering in interim or contract assignments.
  • Experience leading budgeting, forecasting and performance reporting processes.
  • Exposure to finance transformation, process improvement and governance enhancements.
  • Advanced Excel and Power Point skills, with Power BI and SAP experience advantageous.
  • The ability to influence senior stakeholders and deliver under tight deadlines.
