We are seeking an exceptional Head of Commercial Finance to play a pivotal role in a fast-growing, customer-centric business with millions of customers and ambitious expansion plans. This is a high-impact leadership role at the heart of commercial decision-making, partnering closely with the CFO and senior leadership team to drive performance, improve insight, and support transformational change. Key Responsibilities
- Commercial Finance Leadership
- Lead the commercial finance function, driving a culture of insight-led decision making.
- Partner with senior stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Operations and Executive Leadership.
- Challenge assumptions and provide robust financial analysis to support strategic initiatives.
- Act as a trusted advisor to the CFO and wider leadership team.
- Own and enhance budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning processes.
- Develop more sophisticated financial models to improve business visibility and planning accuracy.
- Deliver meaningful performance reporting that focuses on key business drivers rather than simply historical results.
- Establish consistent KPIs and reporting frameworks across multiple business units and regions.

- Drive deeper understanding of customer behaviour, profitability and growth opportunities.
- Analyse customer acquisition, retention, churn and lifetime value metrics.
- Evaluate product, channel and customer segment performance to identify opportunities for optimisation.
- Provide insight into margins, pricing, cost drivers and operational efficiency.
- Support strategic decisions through scenario modelling and business case development.

- Lead improvements in reporting, data quality and management information.

About You
- We are looking for a proactive, influential finance leader who combines strong technical capability with outstanding commercial acumen.
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
- Significant experience in commercial finance, FP&A or business partnering leadership roles.
- Demonstrable track record of influencing senior stakeholders and executive teams.
- Experience driving change, transformation and performance improvement.
- Strong analytical and financial modelling skills.
- Ability to translate complex data into clear commercial recommendations.
- Background within subscription-based, consumer, technology or high-growth businesses.
- Experience analysing customer metrics, retention, churn, pricing and profitability.
- Experience operating within a multi-entity or international organisation.
- Exposure to private equity-backed or rapidly scaling businesses.
