A global, PE-backed Software business is seeking a Commercial Transformation Director to lead a high-profile, enterprise-wide GTM transformation programme ahead of a planned value creation event. This role will lead the evolution from a product-led commercial structure to a more customer-centric, AI-enabled and platform-oriented operating model across all geographies.

Key priorities include:

  • Designing and embedding a customer-led GTM model
  • Improving strategic account penetration, retention and cross-sell
  • Aligning Sales, Customer Success, Marketing and RevOps
  • Driving operating model, role and process redesign
  • Supporting platform consolidation and commercial migration initiatives
  • Leveraging AI-enabled workflows, automation and digital servicing models to improve seller productivity and commercial efficiency
