We are partnering with a high-growth, technology-driven business to recruit an experienced FP&A Consultant on an interim basis. This is a key role supporting senior finance leadership during a period of rapid scaling, with a strong focus on building out reporting, dashboards, and financial insights.
The Role
You will work closely with the senior finance team to enhance financial visibility and decision-making capabilities across the business. This will involve designing and delivering robust dashboards, improving reporting processes, and supporting strategic planning initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and enhance financial dashboards and reporting frameworks
- Develop scalable FP&A processes to support a fast-growing environment
- Deliver actionable financial insights to senior stakeholders
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis
- Work with large and complex datasets, leveraging technical tools (including SQL)
- Partner cross-functionally with data, product, and commercial teams
Key Requirements
- Strong FP&A experience at a senior level
- Proven experience in a fast-paced, high-growth or scale-up environment (ideally SaaS)
- Advanced technical capability, particularly SQL (essential)
- Background in Investment Banking or Consulting highly desirable
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Hands-on approach with excellent attention to detail
