Reference: 32959Role: Head of FP&A Contract Type: Permanent Location: Manchester or London – Hybrid (3 days per week in the office) Salary: 75k - 90k Job Number: 32959 Stanton House is partnering with a high-growth, PE-backed buy-and-build business on the appointment of a Head of FP&A at a genuinely exciting point in its growth journey. The business has completed a number of acquisitions in recent months and is continuing to scale, creating an increasingly complex and dynamic environment. As the group continues to grow both organically and through acquisition, you'll play a key role in developing the financial insight, modelling and performance infrastructure needed to support the next phase of the business. High-growth & acquisitive environment – play a key role in supporting M&A and integration. Commercial influence – go beyond reporting numbers and provide insight and challenge that directly informs decision-making. Strategic exposure – support acquisitions, investment decisions, scenario planning and value-creation initiatives. Visible impact – help shape how the business understands performance and makes decisions as it scales. What we're looking for A qualified accountant with 5+ years' experience across FP&A, commercial finance or a related discipline, with strong financial modelling, forecasting and business partnering experience. Experience within a PE-backed, high-growth or acquisitive environment would be highly advantageous, alongside exposure to M&A, integration and Board/investor reporting. Most importantly, we're looking for someone who is commercial, analytical and hands-on β€” someone who enjoys working in a changing environment and wants to build something rather than maintain the status quo.
